All these trails together comprise what is known as the Cornish Way.
The trails range in difficulty from mostly flat to steep inclines through out.
You can bring your bike along or you can rent/hire one upon arrival.
There are trails for everyone in the family.
The Camel Trail is a mostly flat ride from Padstow to Bodmin via Wadebridge. Camel Trail goes through Camel Estuary and along Camel River.
The estuary has been designated an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
It is where a stunning array of animals made their home! The sights are some you will enjoy!
The trip on the Camel Trail from Padstow to Bodmin is 11 miles in one direction. The ride can be a nice workout or it can be a leisurely stroll. The choice is yours!
The next trail is the most challenging. This trail is called the Coast & Clay Trail. It will take you from Truro to Bodmin via St. Austell.
Even though the terrain is difficult in parts, you will enjoy the landscape. It is simply a magnificent view!
There is one site on this trail you simply must see. It is the Lanhydrock House, one of Cornwall’s finest! The home is perched just outside of Bodmin on an astounding estate.
The estate is surrounded by well manicured gardens, woods and parkland. The estate also overlooks the pristine Fowey River!
