Utah Road Bike Race

There are many Utah road bike race events. You can find a ride for any skill level and distance you would like to ride.

The best times of year to ride in the Northern part of Utah is May - September.

Depending on the year October and April are also good months to ride. These months are a bit cooler with highs in the 60's-70's.

May and June are excellent times of year to ride with highs in the 70's-80's! It makes for great riding weather, not too hot!

 Utah road bike race beneficary

It is a great ride for those who want some good climbs, great scenery and energy saving downhills where you can go fast.

This ride has two distances to choose from, 65 and 130 miles.

Tour Details

Date: Saturday September 17, 2011

Start Time: 7:30 a.m.

You can start anytime between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. The official start time is 7:30 a.m. All participants are encouraged to be back at the start of the Tour by 5 p.m. Packet pick up will begin at 6 a.m. 

Registration Fee: $90

Late Registration is after September 3, 2011 and the late registration fee is $95.

*** If you register after September 3, 2011, it is not guaranteed you will receive your jersey on the day of the event.


Your registration fee gets you: a charitable donation to the CFF, food/hydration stations through out the ride, a cycling jersey, a catered meal at the end of the Tour and complimentary sports massage.

Utah road bike race
The rest stations include: carb replacement (fruit, protein bars...), water, and replacement drinks. Food stations will be positioned every 15-20 miles.

Starting Location: Morgan County Fairgrounds

There should be plenty of parking available yet carpooling is highly encouraged!

Required & Recommended Equipment:
  • Helmets are required for all riders, No Helmet No Ride!
  • Spare tube or patch kit are encouraged, along with needed tools
  • Two water bottles or "water bladder"
  • A road or mountain bike in GOOD working condition
  • Clothing appropriate for the weather and riding conditions
  • A fun and positive attitude! 
This ride is not supported other than food/hydration stations so please bring what you deem necessary for a safe and fun ride!
